Just 1 hour south of Miami lies the 125-mile stretch of islands known as the Florida Keys, Florida’s own Caribbean Islands. The Florida Keys are home of the nation’s only living coral reefs, as well as crystal-clear turquoise water, and a tropical climate with breezy warm days and balmy nights 365 days a year. You’ll feel like you’ve arrived in the Caribbean rather than the southernmost point of the USA. The Keys are truly a holiday to remember forever; you’ll experience spectacular sunsets, delight in the wonderful restaurants, enjoy a nightlife for all tastes and for a short time live the unique, laid-back Florida Keys lifestyle. What you won’t find is high rises, or rush and bustle.
KEY LARGO
Key Largo, the very first island in the Florida Keys, is known as the “Dive Capital of the World.” Key Largo is home to America’s most dazzling underwater parks and coral reefs, to Bogie and Bacall and the “African Queen.” Key Largo also offers the world’s best snorkelling, diving, fishing, and swimming with the dolphins. While Miami is located 45 minutes away, it is a completely different world from the Mainland.
ISLAMORADA
Islamorada lies 20 miles south of Key Largo, and is heralded as the “Sportfishing Capital of the World.” Its reefs are also a favorite for snorkelling and diving, too. Meeting the charter fishing boats each afternoon with their catch of the day is a popular pastime. Islamorada is a wonderful town to wander; you’ll find Islamorada’s arts and craft stores full of island treasures.

KEY WEST
Key West, home of Hemingway, pirates, treasure hunters, artists and writers, is a small town only 2 miles by 4 miles in size, yet there is an abundance of activities and history. Key West’s Old Town’s narrow streets are a charming pageant of gingerbread houses, white picket fences and tropical foliage. Key West’s Duval Street is the town’s bustling hub, with an odd and interesting assortment of shops, restaurants, saloons and bars, and colorful residents.
